Shipping Policy

Shipping options are available at checkout. Economy is our standard shipping method. Economy shipping typically delivers within 10-20 days, although many orders arrive earlier depending on location. Shipping is free for our customers on all orders over £33 to most of the United Kingdom, North America, Europe, Canada, and Australia, unless otherwise stated on the site announcement during a promotional sale.

Some goods are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while other items are produced and shipped from our own factories in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

For countries where standard or economy shipping is not available due to logistics, such as a lack of local couriers or delivery by suppliers, the shipping rate is automatically calculated based on information from multiple couriers and the best available price.

Delivery time includes:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality control, and packaging. We ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.

  • Standard Economy Shipping is processed within 1-2 days after the order is placed and arrives within 10-20 days after shipment.

  • Shipping time: Shipping time refers to the time in transit once the item has left the warehouse and reached its destination.
