Return Policy
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee will depend on the express carrier you choose. If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to reasons on our end, the consumer does not have to pay shipping costs for this reason.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Notes
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day refund.

Refund Procedure
With our return policy of 14 days or less, you can send a product back within 14 days of receipt, and we will gladly refund your money. When you return an item, please ensure it is unused and in good condition, exactly as you received it, including the tags. The package must also contain information such as the order number and the reason for return. If these conditions are not met and the product is sent back to us in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right not to grant a refund or exchange. To process your return, you must send us your proof of purchase or receipt. To process your refund, we need a response with a photo or video via email. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after verification. We strongly recommend that you do not return your item directly to the manufacturer, as you will then be liable for all costs for returning to our partner resellers with the correct package tracking number. Without a tracking number, our company is not responsible for packages lost during transit.
